Every order leaving Dan Rinehart Taxidermy Supply Company is covered with a 30 day quality guarantee. If at any time within our 30 day guarantee you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product, we will gladly accept the return and credit your account. To return a product, call 866-296-2782 and speak with a customer service representative to inform them of your return. TASCO will charge you a 20% restocking fee for returned products, the 20% will reflect in the credit of your return.
Please note: We do NOT accept the return of forms that have been altered and or marked in any way. Any change to the structure, surface or detail of the form is considered and "Alteration". Alterations include but are not limited to sanding, nailing, roughing, bonding, sawing, pinning, drilling, etc. Prevention of damage in the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged returns are not subject to product credit and/or refund.
Should we send you a product different than your order, we will send a "Call tag" through either UPS or SpeeDee for pick up of your items that were shipped wrong. Please repack the item securely and place in a place where your driver can pick it up. One attempt is made per call tag so it is important that the driver is able to pick package up. A pick up usually takes place within two days of the call to return the unordered product. At the time of the return your product will be check and you will be reimbused for the item that you were wrongly charged for.
All returns need to be in the possession of Rinehart Taxidermy Supply Company within 30 days of initial shipping date in order to receive a credit.
